A delicate garlic flavor that can be eaten raw or cooked lightly. It's a special item for spring, only available for a couple of weeks. Tastes like garlic but more mild and sweeter, similar to a scallion to an onion. You can use the whole thing, greens and all. Sold in bunches of 3 or 4.
